Valeria Bailey is an experienced business lawyer based in Evanston, Illinois. As Founder and Managing Attorney, Valeria opened her firm's doors in February 2014.

 

Industry Experience

 

Valeria served as General Counsel of The Wickford Group where she provided legal and risk mitigation support to the East Coast services and consulting firm.

 

Previously, Valeria served as General Counsel at Rand McNally, where she reported directly to the CEO of this private-equity backed company. Valeria was responsible for all legal affairs, human resources, employment relations and compliance matters. Valeria worked closely with the CEO and CFO in the daily management of the company, from budgeting to risk mitigation issues, and provided hands on guidance to all business stakeholders.
